Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Double payment or incorrect charge.
  • Doctor/consultation not available after confirmed booking.
  • Technical issue preventing completion of consultation or service.
  • Service not delivered as promised (e.g., lab test not collected, prescription not received).

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after booking.
  • User no-shows or missed appointments.
  • Dissatisfaction with doctor opinion or consultation style.
  • Completed and delivered services.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction. You can raise a request through the app under "Help & Support" or email us at contact@medrayder.com.

Refund Method & Duration

Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.). Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Plans

All subscription plans are prepaid and non-refundable once activated. In case of failed activation or duplicate charge, we will process a full refund.

Disputes

For any payment dispute, contact our support team first. If unresolved, you may escalate via your bank or payment gateway.
